Rising Australian artist Christos drops new single “HOLD UP!”, taken from his new EP TRUTH HURTS
It’s been almost a year since we sat down and had a chat with Christos— a rising talent hailing from Brisbane, Australia who blends hip-hop, R&B and pop to create his own unique take of melodic rap. Today, he’s released his new EP TRUTH HURTS, and it features the focus track “HOLD UP!”. Using emotionally-driven lyrics which resonates with listeners as he tells a story of a difficult relationship and being unsure of what the future holds, Christos also exudes confidence, giving listeners the impression that he’s capable of bouncing back.
“‘TRUTH HURTS’ is me expressing myself through raw feelings and vulnerability. I wanted to showcase what I have been working on majority of this year through a body of work, my first studio recorded EP” — Christos.
