Ocelot — Sun silmillä

Finnish alternative band Ocelot release stunning new single “Sun silmillä”

Inspired by classic 60’s and 70’s pop rock and infused with each member’s unique music sensibilities, Ocelot is an alternative pop-rock band hailing from Helsinki, Finland.

Today, they make their DNü debut with the captivating “Sun silmillä”, released via Soliti Recordings. Despite being sung in Finnish, the song’s mesmerising vibe transcends language barriers, instantly drawing listeners in. The dreamy production is enchanting, and the lead singer’s raspy vocals are a delight.

Lyrically, the song describes both a gently drawn circle and a suffocating one from which there is no escape, yet it also embodies the liberating force that opens the spiral, allowing it to eventually disappear. Tap in.
