Japanese-American newcomer Rei Brown shares new single “Honest”.
New York City-based singer-songwriter Rei Brown is another exciting new artist on the scene. He moved to the US a few years ago to attend Berklee School of Music and pursue his dream of becoming an artist. And so far that seems to be working out well as he’s already picked up support from the likes of Zane Lowe and many tastemakers out there. His new single “Honest” is a beautifully-written and beautifully-sung alternative R&B song built over a gorgeous production. His vocals and emotionally-driven lyrics truly shine here, making it relatable as well as an enjoyable listen.
