Eli Gosling Shares Music Video For “Drowning In Your Dreams”

Emerging talent Eli Gosling shares music video for latest single “Drowning In Your Dreams”.

Surrey-based up and coming artist Eli Gosling caught our attention last month ago with his fantastic release “Criminal Love”. He returns with another solid offering titled “Drowning In Your Dreams”. The majority of the Cara Kealy-directed music video was shot underwater to represent the vastly different phases of a relationship which is in free fall. For someone his young age, Eli Gosling is already proving that he’s wise beyond his age to us thanks to the nostalgic vibe we get when we listen to his music. “Drowning In Your Dreams” is the third single taken from his upcoming debut EP Blue Romance due out in September.

Eli came to me with a direct vision of how he wanted to portray the complex feelings that occur during the different stages of a relationship. At the beginning you can feel as though you are floating and in a ‘love drunk’ bubble and then next minute you can feel trapped, lost and as though you are drowning in your own feelings. We filled the swimming pool with roses to represent the highs of a relationship and used the black net to represent the lows of feeling suffocated and trapped as a relationship crumbles and comes to an end” — Video director Cara Kealy.
